What do they mean NOT INTERVIEWED? What is this about ? It seems to me you purchase minutes on your card and then use them to call the call center if you have questions. So how is it possible you could not have paid for your call?

Can someone clear this up ?

Step 5 - The Visa Interview

Visa interviews are held by appointment only. Beneficiaries should not travel to Kyiv until they have contacted the call center and scheduled the appointment for the formal visa interview. Applicants who have scheduled the appointment and have not paid for the call by either purchasing the PIN number from the Pro-Credit Bank or using the credit option are not interviewed.

They mean if you don't follow the instructions about obtaining an interview, you will not be seen. The U.S. embassy in most countries has so many people trying to get in to obtain a visa that they have to set up procedures and requirements before you are granted an interview. If you don't follow them, you won't be allowed in. Simple.

Personally I think it is a poorly worded sentence... because the situation as described would be hard to accomplish if the call center is doing there job.

CALL CENTER now in Ukraine for visa appointment, I mean come on what a BS joke, sadly another way for someone to make money off people at their expense to make a phone call. I see where that all started here right after first of year around mid January to Mid February, and I feel sorry all of those having to go through that now, it is so inefficient an such a waste of time an money. Good luck and hang in there.

Personally I think it is a poorly worded sentence... because the situation as described would be hard to accomplish if the call center is doing there job.
