I have a likely overnight stay Taipei on my way to Manila, is there any reasonably priced Hotels near the airport?

I don't need any thing fancy, just a place to sleep.

It looks like its about $85 per night.

For those transiting through Taiwan, you can get a shower there for about $9-10

There are many hotels and rooms to rent in Taoyuan. Cabs are very cheap in Taiwan but most Cabbies do not speak English so you might have an easier time just staying at the more expensive airport Evergreen Hotel.

By the way, I forgot to add, the airport is NOT in Taipei, it is in Taoyuan which is about an hour south of Taipei but the hotels are a lot cheaper there than they are in Taipei.
