compared to the sort of time and effort it takes to get a script for a sitcom or drama? No. Just lots of hours of film and lots of editing.

Many "reality TV" shows are more like really drawn out game shows where you get to know a little bit more about the contestants, but they all get lumped into the same category.

I used to watch big brother when it first came out.... But it's getting a bit too much now.

I think there are FAR too many reality TV shows about nowadays :( Although, I do like the dancing ones :D And that project rockstar that was on.... Hmmm and the X Factor... (American Idol)
