Hi Everyone,

I feel much better that i have company. I am new to the site and i seem to have found the losers lounge! i filed to remove conditions, did biometrics and received NOA1 on Feb 15 2007. Havent heard anything yet. I called the 800# and spoke to an agent because my case was outside the 6 month window and the put in a service request and gave me a confirmation number. They said i should hear from them in 30 days. that was 3 weeks ago.

The loser's lounge? That does not sound very nice.....be positive...you have one more week and if you think POSITIVE...something POSITIVE will happen....at least that is my philosophy :)

Leave him alone, he IS a loser just like me -- he just posted in the wrong thread.

We are losers and proud of it. You will never know what it is to have your I-751 moved to the janitorial closet of the TSC basement men's room. Hell, for that matter, you haven't even filed yet.

Just curious. Why does it take so long at the TSC? 217 days and still no answer? I thought it would be 90 days or less for an I-751. :huh:

Hi ,

My case was worse. I gave my biometrics on Aug31 '06 and was waiting to hear from them .Checked mail regularly .I moved in between .Notified them of my new address. One day I receive this mail from them that they are awaiting my response to their RFE sent fewmonths back(Which I never recieved).After frequent calls & Runs to the office (span of 6onths ) they mailed the RFE again in June'07.I mailed the addtional info they wanted

Finally the patience and prayers paid off .I received my 10yr card 2 weeks back .

So dont panic or lose Hope !
