Too much thinking going on in my head I guess. Why does the CSC insert dates of validity? I'm looking at other timelines and some have only a couple of months while others have 4 or 5 months till their interview. Our letter states that its valid from 27/09/07 until 26/01/08. Does that mean that I'm guaranteed to have my interview on or before my birthday next year.......

I check the spreadsheet everytime I'm on here...sometimes more than once. I see that some that have entered the MTL wait list in Aug have interviews in Nov. Hope we get our stuff soon and maybe, just maybe we'll hit the December list.

The validity date is not a guarantee for an interview before the expiry date. If you are nearing the expiration date and you have not had your interview yet, you much petition to extend your NOA2. There form is listed under the K1 section at the link: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;page=examples

Select extend approval of I-129F. Be sure to have it notarized.

No... You don't have to do that for Montreal

They automatically extend it.
