I'm preparing all the forms and documents for myself. I'm Canadian, entered on a O1 visa right about the same time I got married an American citizen a little over two years ago.

Can I send one package to Chicago with all the forms at once, or do I need to get the I-130 package through and approved before I send in the I-485 package?

Also, do I understand that my wife's financial conditions don't really matter if we've been filing our taxes jointly for the last 2 years?

Thanks for your help

Both go to Chicago in the one package. I dont really understand what you mean about your wifes finanicial conditions not mattering. She still has to sponser you with the I-865.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline

According to this page:

IF the foreign spouse has LIVED IN

THE HOUSEHOLD of the U.S. spouse for at least 6 months, then his/her income CAN be counted.

Is this still valid?

I realize I didn't make it clear that I've been living together with my wife for two years now.
