Police Clearance for AOS application?

Hi, Im wondering whether i need to include a police clearnace report from my home country, even though I am only adjusting status from an E visa after i got married to my American husband last month?

10-11-2007 Chicago received my AOS packet.

10-19-2007 Checks Cashed.

11-18-2007 Notice Date for Biometrics in Tampa on Dec 14th.

12-14-2007 Biometrics

1-19-2008 EAD Card Arrived

7-17-2008 Interview - APPROVED!

Received card about 2 weeks later.

Enjoying married life :-)

June 1st 2010. VT received my I-751 application.

June 3rd 2010. Check cashed.
