I think she sent PMs to people she knew lived in the general vicinity. I do not have a local office or location either. But if she does not know a poster AND they don't have a local office listed, she has no way of knowing and had to just hope they would see the post.

I have to admit that I may not be the best company right now. I am dealing with a family issue I was not really ready for and trying to plan our wedding, which (because of family issues) is a bit more complicated than I'd anticipated. My mom asked if I was pregnant, so I'm apparently being very obviously moody and stressed out and not so pleasant. If Omoba falls asleep in his food and I have a nervous breakdown, it could be quite an interesting gathering. In a comedy-of-errors kind of way. I'll try to hold off the breakdown until Sunday, though, I promise.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

I will be there and I am hoping they cut me early from work so I will actually be on time. If not, I'm off at 6, head from S. County to S. St. Louis to pick up hubby and I'll speed down 55 to you guys. I'm anticipating about 6:30, if I don't get a ticket along the way. Save us a seat!!!!!!

OK, if you postpone your breakdown I promise to not fall in my food.......( I am a she by the way )

Oh dear! I'm sorry about that. I'm not sure why I assumed you were a he. Head up the ### moment number 753 for the week. (A lot of people seem to assume the Jeremy and Kristy handle is used by Kristy when it's actually Jerremy so I am glad I'm not the only dense one to make this kind of mistake.)

No problem, I think it is the Obama thing, sounds close to Omoba......... :)

If I don't show up you can assume that I fought with the drug allergy and the stinking rash won.

I woke up this morning and it spread and is worse so the doctor put me on steroids besides 4 Benadryls a day and it may last another week.

It feels like thousands of Mosquitos have landed on me , it itches sooooooo bad.

I feel very miserable but as of now am still planning to attend.

I am very fuzzy and can't think straight.

The spotted Omoba..........sounds like a wildlife documentary.

We're going to have a REALLY REALLY good time. How could we not?! Reservations have been confirmed. 6:00 pm. McGurks... here is the link. Reservations are under Gene and Carla! See you all tomorrow night! Anyone still wishes to attend, I've told the restaurant to make sure we're in an area that can add more seating if others show up.

Carla (F)

P.S. For those that can't make it this time, hopefully we'll have another and you can attend! Omoba..you poor dear! If you're really not feeling that well, we understand. If you have to stay home, please know that your friends are still welcome to come on their own, and we'd love to have them.
