G-325A Question

Hi all,

For the G-325A's do I fill out all the pages seperatly or just the top page and let it copy over to the remaining pages? I see that by filling out the top page, you have a hard time reading it by the time it gets to the last page.

If you fill it out on your computer using Adobe Acrobat (or an alternate PDF viewer), filling out one page will fill all four for you. Then you just print it.

If you have no way of printing it, I would fill them all out individually.

I used the electronic version. Once it is filled out, all four pages print out very neatly. If you don't have enough room just add a supplemental page for that particular question. I had several supplemental pages for the G-325.
