Hi Folks

I hope it helps some waiting patiently for the NOA1 from CSC for K3 application.

Applied Aug 20th 2007 to CSC for I129F - K3 using NOA1 from I130 application

Received on Aug 21st at CSC

Receipt Notice date Sept 27th 2007

Waiting further, i hope it works out soon.

Man CSC sux at these present processing timelines. I hope there is a way out to get them on track asap. I find it appaling they have these fast track options for work visas by charging a few $$$ extra and none for family based ties which are not quota bound.

Removal of Conditions I797C - Dec 7th 2010

FP Jan 14th 2011

approved May11th 2011

Unfortunately, the K3 is the fast track for family based petitions. But I know what you mean. ;)

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

You're right .None of it seems fair. It seems that the K3's are the last to be looked at. Just hope that the process gets a little quicker for you in the next few months. Good luck!!
