Hi, everyone!

I am filing for AOS, EAD and AP together. Please excuse me if I am asking the same questions about AP, but I couldn't find answers to them.

1) What name (maiden vs married) to put on the AP application? I have passport is in my maiden name and I will have to buy tickets in maiden name. So I am thinking is it better to get the AP in maiden name also?

2) What reasons (qualifications) to put in section 7 of the form? I don't have any really emergent reasons to travel back to my home country (Russia), I just wanted to be able to visit my family there in case Green Card processing takes a while. Is it enough?

3) Has anyone indicated that they intended to use the AP for more than one trip? Is there a chance to get a multiple AP?

Thanks a lot for any input,

Vera.

1) Use the name you will be using on AOS application, if married then use married name, when traveling get air line tickets in the passport name, and carry a copy of marriage cert to show name change between passport and AP

2) No reason other than traveling to home country to visit family.

#3 - You have to indicate that it will be used for multiple entrances by checking the appropriate box on the application and in an addendum that you then sign and date. We're applying for a multi-entry AP now and we put that we want to use it for our honeymoon in January and to visit his family later in 2008 if his green card hasn't been received by then.
