Just wondering, I have a two month old baby with american citizen father. Baby is not american citizen and father is not on birth certificate. (I got drunk/pregnant with guy I didn't know)

I want to visit him for three months on the visa waiver program for him to see his son etc, and then return to my home country. No intention of marrying. Anyone know if there is anything illegal about this? I realize it might come up at the port of entry and want to know if I would be automatically turned away if I admit the baby's father is american?

May as well and try to register the child at the US embassy where you live. Child is technically a US citizen since the fathers is.

If you get tourist visa for you and the child there shouldn't be any problems at POE.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Technically yes, but the father is not on the birth certificate so I have no evidence of him being the father.

I'm not positive but I don't think the father has to be on the BC.

They may request DNA test tho. May be worth checking into.
