i hv never used my family name in my passprt and educational degrees..............now i hv written "NONE" in DS-230 part1 que1's family name.........( as N/A does not apply)..............hv i done right?

and now what would b printed on visa in place of family name?????

Don't write "none" as your family name. Write the name the way it was used in the original I130 petition. Write whatever you were using as your last name. It doesn't have to be "family name" per say.

Don't leave it blank. Write the "family name" that was written on the I130 petition. Did you leave that part blank on the I130 petition or wrote "none" on it?

So you just have the first name and no second part to your name?

Write "kaur" as your family name. The term "family name" is just a term that they use to refer to the last name. A large percentage of people write Singh or Kaur as the "family name" even though it is technically not the family name. Kaur is your family name for all immigration purposes
