Hicham and I did some shopping at Costco last night and after we just decided to eat dinner there. We were behind a lady in line who was on her cell phone while ordering. First she asked for a piece of pizza, so the lady goes to get it and comes back and the woman in front of me said "One more" so the lady goes back for another piece. She comes back and this woman says "One more" so the lady goes back again to get it and comes back only to hear "one more". I just about died. The poor lady comes back again and the woman in front of us says "And one chicken bake" at which point I started calling her names in French to Hicham. So finally she pays for everything then says "Can I get one drink?". The lady at Costco asked her to please tell her the whole order so she doesnt' have to go back and forth and the woman just said "yeah yeah".

I just couldn't believe what had just happened. Sometimes I just hate people.

I had the same problem until I put my name on my stapler. It got left alone after that.

I can't believe that lady ordering. That was just rude.

OK. I'll take my turn venting.

As the time nears for our NOA2, I try to find out where we're at by looking at the threads that are supposedly about that subject.

These threads are so full of pap that it's virtually impossible to find out who (if anyone in the thread) has received an NOA2.

I think, if the 'member rating' were not based on the number of posts, we would not see so many people putting up hundreds of posts about absolutely nothing.

I would like to see the 'member rating' changed to something like a vote system based on the helpfulness of a person's posts. That would help redirect the content of the posts contained within these threads to the site's original intent.

Thanks. I feel better now... :)

Okay I'll add some griping too...just for fun. Ha!

I have been looking for a few months (since I signed up on VJ), at the advanced timelines for K1s.

There is not a single thing that makes any reasonable sense.

It feels like they are pulling applications out of a hat.

Sometimes it takes 1 month, sometimes it takes 8 months.

My mathematical brain that desires to make sense of it has fried....cannot compute.

AAAAAOOOOOUUUUUUGGGAAAA AAAOOOOOUUUGGGAAA

Alert Alert

The system is shutting down.

Must reboot.

Quick, find the fire extinguisher.

Oh no...

it is

too late.

She had a meltdown.

Lost another good one.

:lol::hehe:

SpiritAlight edits due to extreme lack of typing abilities. :)

You will do foolish things.

Do them with enthusiasm!!

Don't just do something. Sit there.

AOS: Mailed V-Day; received February 15th, 2007 – phew!

I-485 application transferred to CSC – March 12th, 2008

Green card/residency card: email notice of approval – August 28th, 2008 yippeeeee!!!

Funny-looking card arrives – September 6th, 2008 :)

Mailed request to remove conditions – July 7, 2010
