Timeline

It means the oldest case being worked on was filed 6 months ago.

USCIS stopped posting dates for family based petitions, and will always show 6 months, it is their way of telling petitioners to not call before 6 months have passed.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Philippines is one of the longer consulates to deal with. Look at the VJ timelines to get an idea of processing times. Edited by YuAndDan

Philippines is one of the longer consulates to deal with. Look at the VJ timelines to get an idea of processing times.

yap. just depends on how soon your petition gets thru VSC and NVC. once your petition is in Manila, can take at least 3 months for a K-1 interview. I filed my

I-129f in March 06. interview was in Dec 06.

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as February 16, 2008*. this is what it saying and some of the other seam like that to but what do i know lol i dont know what im looking for.
