VSC Processing Update Oct 5th

I cannot believe that VSC does not have the resources to send out I-130 receipts, much less any other taks on thier plate. It has not moved at all for weeks! Applications dated past 7/29 have not been touched. Just incredidle. People like myself who have paid and will pay astronomical increased fees have to be absolutley LIVID.

Are you tired of the crappy 6 month goal they have just to accomplish the first part of your application? K1 filers are fed up with that and the terrible communication from USCIS. There is no reason other types of VISAs should have shorter processing times than yours...such as employment VISAs before families, such as premium 15-day processing offered for many other VISAs, but not yours and K1's. Try to help yourselves if you are waiting and help others that come after you and go through this mess.
