Anybody help me what to do, we want my sister to come here in florida by december, i am pregnant and my due date is december, i want her to be with us as the baby comes and be with us on christmas day. What do i need to do for a tourist vis, we are going to pay for her trip and all expenses, let me know guys, thanks in advance

Does your sister have strong ties to home, meaning does she have a good job or own a lot of land or have a large bank account? It can be very difficult to get a tourist visa at times. I don't want to be discouraging but knwo how difficult it can be and the Philippines is one of the more difficult places.

actually my aunt is giving her a house and lot, she is transferring one of her land title into my sister as a gift for her, because she is the only one in the family that finishes any course. All she have to do is go and see my aunt to sign the papers.

thanks but do you think guys it would help even if the title of that land is in her name for only a month only. because we are trying to get her december, and that title is just being transferred this month, do you think that would help? thanks guys

She needs all the evidence she can get showing she won't go TNT and has GOOD reasons she will return home.

She also has to show she has enuf money to pay her own way for the trip.

A friend of mines mamang just was approved and she didn't have a whole lot.

She was pregnant also and her doctor wrote a letter saying it would be a big help if moms was there to help out during the birth.

Only cost $100 so why not go for it.

One problem is your sis is no doubt younger and can run faster!!

USCIS does take age into consideration.
