Sounds exactly like a touch. Touches mean nothing. Especially without a timeline.

***June 2006: Went to meet mi amor in Buenos Aires and confirmed we wanted to marry (Stayed for a month)

***March 2007: Returned to Argentina to visit for a week

***06-07-2007 NOA1 Transferred to CSC (Website)

***06-17-2006 NOA1 (Hardcopy)

Congratulations...but this sounds more like a "touch" than anything else. But, at least it is something!!! :thumbs:

Timelines are really important...IF you do not have a completed timeline, many times your questions cannot be answered. They really help all of us on VJ...please fill in yours.

From what I've understood. you've been "touched". This really does not mean a whole lot. Someone could only have looked at your petition briefly, and made a note that they did. Touching is rather insignificant and some petitions never get touched. Now if you get your 2nd NOA, that is much different! :thumbs:

YEA ITS A TOUCH , BECAUSE I CALLED CSC AND SPOKE WITH CSC OFFICER.. AND MY DATE HAS BEEN CHANGE AS OF TODAY! MEAN HE LOOK AT MY FILES BUT STILL NO WORDS YET

06/12/07----sending The package to NSC

06/15/07---- Received at NSC

06/25/07---- TOUCHED

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

08/06/07---- TOUCHED

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

No it didnt states there why they touched it.. My fiance call up the immigration asking them why he hasnt get NOA2. The lady who recieved his call said that '.We should wait for another 45 days more'. He filed it in California.
