an intestinal prob from your upper ribs to upper back? yikes. It sound more like maybe all that hacking you did when you had that bad cold might have bruised or pulled something. I wish you were here to get that looked at. I just hope you feel better. I'm not trying to second guess them.

And dont worry, when you get back we'll be sure to get together right away. I look forward to it too.

Dawn: It's the K3. Everything is completed as for now, just waiting for them to get moving on it. The CR1 is still in CA and almost there, but not there yet. Hope to see my hubby on the K3, don't want to wait till the CR1.

Yes, I'm in Chicago. I'm in East Rogers Park moving to West Rogers Park. It's a lot of work, but glad I'm moving, the mold here is killing me. It's a nice apt., sad to be leaving it, lived here for 5 years. I will forward my address, of course, but I talked to the USCIS, they want me to call in after I move and then send an email to the embassy in Jordan giving them my new address.

It's so cold outside here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you froze Dawn taking out the dog. My dogs are ltter boxed trained but I do take them outside also, but not today, LOL!

Keep us informed on that big interview date coming up shortly. Good luck and God bless both of you! I'm sure you will pull through with a visa.

I always wondered if that was possible. Unfortunately my dog was a boxer and would have needed a huge liter box. She had to go to doggy heaven last August because she was sick and using my bed for a litter box, and barfing all over the house. I think she had cancer because none of the antibiotics or anything else worked, and she was old, so I had to really disappoint Abdel by getting her put to sleep not long before he would have gotten to meet her. I couldn't afford biopsies or chemo, and didn't want to put her through all that anyway.

Dawn, I don't miss that cold at all! I grew up in Ohio but am very happy to live in a part of the country where I just finished changing the oil in the car wearing only a sweatshirt and stretch pants and slipper socks. I think it's in the 60s or 70s today here.

Of course, when you're in the nice weather, we're sweltering away over 100, so there are downsides to living down here.

Ainfante, good to see you back online. Dollface, hope you get better soon. It's no fun being sick.

Thank you!! Of course I will post as soon as I know. Yeah, it should be ok, but it seems as though the trend is to have to wait a little bit after the interview, so we kind of expect that. However, I am open to recieving it immediately....Maybe when you get all settled in and have some extra time we could plan a getogether for coffee or lunch or something. I'm a little sw of chicago, but not too far to plan something

its some time of indigestion/gastro problem i really didnt understand between the translations from the doc to sofyan to me....i got some medicine and im hoping it works, i have been sleepless for 10 days with shooting pains in between my ribs at the top and into my upper back....it sucks

Gatro-enteritis maybe? Or perhaps Gall stones? I ussed to get horrible pain in the chest, abdomen and it had my back to twisted in knot it was difficult to stand up straight. Vomiting bile, sleepless nights and breathing also hurt. After this went on for several nights, I went to the ER twice to be sent home with TAGAMENT - they thought i was overreacting to heartburn. Well I finally pushed to have an ultrasound. Low and behold... gall stones. I was scheduled within the next week to have it removed because I was so sick.

My doctor told dme something funny about cholestitis (totally wrong i know - lazy). There are the 5 "f"'s of gall bladder disease:

FEMALE

FERTILE

FAT

FAMILY

FOURTY

well i had all but the forty part BOOO

Get checked out should it continue when you are back here!

Hi everybody. Well, I had a wreck today. I was in the turning lane to turn left and i was passing the cars. And a women in the right lane was letting a women go in front of her from a store to go into the other lane and she hit me in the side. She knocked me into the left lane. Thank God no one was coming in the other direction. I thought my Tahoe would be torn up because she hit me so hard. I got out and looked at the other car. Her front end was completely knocked off her car. and parts of her car was all over the road. No one was injured, Alhamdullilah. I was shocked to see my tahoe was not damaged to bad. She did not have any insurance. She told me she could pay for the damage. She did not want me to turn it into the insurance. The police came and wrote the report and she received a citation. Her car was towed and I drove off. My neck and my shoulder are now a little sore. I guess I will get an estimate Monday and call her. If she comes up with the money to repair it I will not turn the claim in.

Dollface, hope you feel better. sorry you dont feel well. I wonder to, if it is maybe gallstone trouble. (F)

Lostinlove, I know your excited that you will be with you love soon. I have 19 day until I see mine. It is a wonderful feeling isnt it? I wish I was leaving tomorrow.

I'm glad you are feeling better, Kelly. Yeah, just a few more days. You know what he's starting to say? Leave that. I will do that when I get there.(like I need to change out the cells in my canister filter for the fish, things for my car, things in the apartment) and even today I was telling him that I had this coconut but I dont know how to crack it open. He said that is too hard for me and to leave it for him. I think part of him is past the interview and is already here.

Anyway, I got out my screwdriver and a corkscrew (maybe thats why he thinks its hard, I'm sure there's no corkscrews in that house) and a hammer and made quite a mess of it but I have coconut. It was alittle too much work for what you get out of it, and it tastes better in a mounds bar, but he told me I couldnt do it so I did. Now I have a mess to clean up.

Angel,

The news is saying that someone in Nebraska won the 365Mil... its Anmar with his beginner's luck, isn't it? you know we were your friends before you won the powerball...

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend

haha i wished it was us that won the powerball, but it was someone in Lincoln Nebraska!

4 more days Dawn... wish you the best of luck ! the day Anmar came I was still fixing things in my house and getting it ready, finally i just gave up and said what the heck.. here's a bit of advice once H gets here try not to stress yourself out about making sure everything is nice and perfect for him. I did that and I shouldn't have because Anmar was happy with just being with me.

Sorry to hear about ur accident Meriem thank god you were not seriously hurt.

Kelly ur interview is coming up soon too and you'll be back in the good ole usa! Glad you are feeling better.

Andrea sorry i haven't been online that much lately to chat you. Last night i took Anmar to work with me for a few hours so he could actually see what my job was like and plus i didn't want him to be sitting at home bored while I had to work for a few hours. Are you just waiting for the interview date now??

Mary how is the AR going, what do they do after they do a field investigation?

have a safe trip lostinlove and enjoy your time with your fiance!!

Hello Angel,

Glad to have an update from you. Well our 45 business days were over with last week. I emailed the embassy and they never responded. Ishteaq called them and said it is still being processed. I called DOS and they are saying it is at embassy level so no AR checks have been ordered at this time. I did contact the senator's office and asked them to see if there is anything they can tell us? The lady at the senator's office will contact me later. We are still on hold and waiting. Once I hear something I will post. I am here in the background cheering on the others and hoping to have alot of couples reunited.

Take care and hope Anmar is adjusting well.

Hugs,

Mary
