It's the 8th in Jordan now....so only 13 more days Kelly. Got all your papers together? Are you thinking they will issue you the Visa that week or will you have to wait until Sunday or Monday? Dawn had two day turn around time, so hopefully you guys will too.

Hope everyone is doing good!

LuLu, where have you been? Do you actually have more important things to do than post on VisaJourney? I hope you get an interview date SOON, you people from Jordan have absolutely ridiculous waits.

wow, so much going on lately.. only took me 1 hour to read up on what i've missed... hehe... About the toilet stuff (from a few pages back).. I never did get used to those although, I know it would be very much appreciated in our bathroom. It may be easier than showering after each use.. .... about the job issue and letting go ... that is so hard to do. I worry each and every day about how Noor will do once he gets a job and gets his own car and all that stuff. He walked to my work the other day and I about died at the thought of it. (its only about 1-2 miles but a lot of it is highway) ... About the families encouraging them to hurry up and work.. yeah, its true.. every day they ask him about working and cash flow. Even he hasn't fully grasped that jobs do not grow on trees (and he's been here 3 months). I know that once he starts working it will all get better for him. He's so bored sitting at home since he is used to working all day, every day, every week, all year long.

I did have a good laugh at some of your stories... you all crack me up!!!

I think i woke up the neighborhood by laughing at the "screaming in the bathroom during first use of bidet" story!!!:lol: that should be published hahahaha!!!!!

better get to bed now..work early in the morning :) luv u all!!!!!

Hey everybody, I have been crazy trying to get everything ready for my trip. I will leave for Algeria tomorrow at 6:20 pm, Inshaallah. My friend is bringing me to the airport (about a 90 min drive) and she just bought a new house and 2 days ago she asked me to help her paint her dining room red. How could I have refused after she offered to take me to the airport? So instead of doing last minute things I am painting, arrggggg. Anyway it looks good. Got to do some touch up today and I will be done. Glad i am leaving tomorrow, because she has plans to paint some of the other rooms.

Thanks for the ideas about the "little sprayer thingy" I will need that when hachemi gets here.

Kelly, you will have your interview while I am gone. I may not have much time to get on the net while I am there. I pray that everything goes well and you can come home with your husband quickly. (F)

I was reading about the familys trying to keep your fiance's when they first arrive. That is so inconsiderate of them. I understand how you must have felt. I would have felt the same way. Hachemi has no family here, so I will not have to worry about this.

Ok guys, hope everyone gets good news soon. I will be out of touch for a while.

Got to go be with my baby. WOOOHOOO!

Enjoy your time w/ Hachemi... I'll be right behind you - leaving in 2 1/2 weeks to see my babe!
