I think we'll all be a bullseye no matter if we're pinned or not. If someone has a "beef" with us, they'll find us one way or another.....

My family took part in our annual Relay for Life this past Friday night. I had told my husband before of my sons illness but it didn't really register until he saw that Traven had a different color of shirt on than the rest of us. That's when it hit home to him. It's kind of funny how you can know something but it doesn't register until something big happens. I think he finally understood why I'm so protective of my lil'man. The relay was quite the experience for him...(staying up and walking all night) ..We had such a good time! I think he really appreciated the way we try to help each other and how we celebrate life here...

HAVE I MENTIONED THAT I LOVE MY HUSBAND SO SO SO SO MUCH

Oh Amal, that's great! I think your husband participating in something as this walk, it surely should make him open his eyes on the unity and support we have at times in this country.

Congrats Angel....we just got a second car too...its so nice because I hate driving my minivan other than to work and home, so now we cruise in a Lexus!

On another note, its touching almost 100F in my town with the heat index, and i think i will spend the afternoon in the pool with the kids...Sofyan gets off at 7pm and there isnt a whole lot to do :(

So, mine and Sofyans one year wedding anniversary is next wednesday, the 19th, and he works that WHOLE day, so i sercretly ordered this HUGE balloon creation and it is getting delivered to his job, (i hope he isnt too embarassed) and we are celebrating the day after because we are both off...im so excited, They say the first one is the hardest to get thru, but man, if that was what people would consider hard, i guess the next 75+ will be a breeze....Ahh im so lucky

 I didn't consider my first year of marriage difficult either considering we weren't together for most of it. we are into our second year and so far so good. I hear ya about that heat I was outside already a few times and dang it was hot. I think I'll go rent some movies and watch them all day cuz my albi doesn't get off work until 10pm :( boo hoo. Well i could always go visit him at work and pretend I am shopping

Hope everyone has a good weekend!

btw Happy Anniversary Kelly and Sofyan

5 more weeks to go for interview. Not there yet, almost there.

Ladie's I'm getting nervous. I am older than my husband but just can't seem to get enough money to go to Jordan for my hubs interview. Unless i just go and come right back, but what a long trip for that
