Sorry to hear about your Grandpa Kelly. My condolences.

Well today we were out house hunting again and later will go to some open houses and look. Much better this way because everytime a house comes on the market my realtor calls when we are both working or when only one can go look. Me and my husband both told her already we want to look at houses to buy together. I guess she doesn't get it. I might have to get another realtor.

Today we went out looking for lawn mowers..ugh it's like looking for car to buy. Finally we choose one. My SO is now outside mowing the lawn for the first time in his life. He also assembled the lawn mower too :) He made friends with this neighbor guy who is in his 60's. Him and his wife were going by and he seen my SO have the setting on the lawn mower too low so he honked his horn and pulled over and gave him some advice. How cute. I never realized how friendly my husband, and makes friends with anyone. In a few months he will probably get promoted to a manager. That's what they told him because of his experience in sales and being a store manager in Jordan. So we are both happy about that.

I better get ready to go to the open houses and see what we like. I found a house I liked today but it's kind of out of my range but the location is just nice. It's a block away from a park and in a really nice neighborhood still wanna look at it though.

Ok girls I found a house and will put an offer in tomorrow. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms <-- thank god! :lol: It has a lot of potential to remodel the basement for another bedroom or a family room downstairs. We also liked another house with 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom. It was nice also, but I didn't like the location.

Kelly, sorry to hear about your loss.

angelk, mabrook on finally finding some good homes to bid on!

I emailed the cable company yesterday and they said they are still doing interviews and they will let him know the next step. I still have high hopes..... :thumbs: if he doesn't get it, he'll probably be promoted, as anmar, to manager soon. They are always so shocked that he works so hard and doesn't take extra breaks and doesn't overstay on lunch and he actually DOES HIS JOB. we will see what happens.

:dance::dance::dance: woohoo go amr

hi icey checking in to see what people are doing.

stillll no NOA2 yet but that's ok cause the time here is going to fly by fast. Tomorrow me and Yacine are going to go to Algiers to visit his sister. she is in the hospital. she is pregnant and there is not enough amniotic fluid in the sac, so they are going to put her under surveillance. yacine's mom and sisters went to algiers today his mom is going to pick up some cloth for me and when she comes back we're going to make clothes. i wanted to wait until tomorrow so that we can take the car because yacine told me there are stinky people on the bus...lol :help: our little apartment is cute and I've started cooking for yacine eggs and hashbrowns and vegetables and cous cous (ok with a little help). this week we are going to renew yacine's passport and we are going to plant some flowers. and then we're going to make some clothes me and his mom. ok have a good day every body :luv:
