we are waiting for our packet 4.. but was wondering is my husband able to get his medical stuff done without the packet 4 or does he have to wait for the medical. thanks.

The doctor does ask for the interview letter, however they really need it only for the case number, if you already have the case number you might be in a position to ask them if they can do it without the interview letter.

If your husband is in the city where the consulates are then he need not worry, it's just a matter of one day.
