Police certificate from morocco

I sent my wife's Ds-230 packet lately and was told over the phone that they need an additional police certificate from me (perhaps court record) although I've already submitted a "fiche antropometric". Which one guys (from Morocco) did you end up submitting to the NVC? Any feedback is much appreciated!!

If you've never been in jail,you don't have to send the court recourds ''sijil al adli''.you have to send just police certificate ''hosn asira or fiche antropometric '' from all placed lived since you were 16 years old.and you should make sure it said ''nothing or no record'' not just a line in the middel.

If you've never been in jail,you don't have to send the court recourds ''sijil al adli''.you have to send just police certificate ''hosn asira or fiche antropometric '' from all placed lived since you were 16 years old.and you should make sure it said ''nothing or no record'' not just a line in the middel.

Thanks Tarik for your prompt response! However, I was told over the phone that they need both . My wife's fiche antropometric says "la chaia" No record. And they still want the "casier judiciare" Perhaps the operator wasn't experienced enough! So you didn't receive an RFE for not sending that?

and for ur question, the casier judiciare or court recoreds not needed unless the police cert stats that u've been arrested before.and by the way u sent both english and translations right ?

I am the petitioner a US citizen, and my wife doesn't have any records on her police certificate. Just spoke again with someone else from NVC and he has comfirmed that they are requiring morccan citizens to provide casier judiciaire as well. It looks like they're not consistent as far as what are the needed docs!! And yes I did send both original and trans!!
