Hi Everyone

I have a question regarding the DS156K form. :help:

When I filed the K1 visa petition for my fiance we listed his 2 sons (ages 10 and 11) on the petition. However, there was no

need to include in docmentation on the kids at that time. Now we are in the process of completing the pkg 3 DS156K and we have to list the kids and submit a copy of their birth certificate. We are planning on filing for the kids visa at a later date, however I just found out that my fiance name isn't on the birth certificate but the kids have his surname.

I want to submit to the pkg 3 DS156K form to the embassy without the kids documents. Will this cause an issue/problem with my fiance visa?

Another thing to worry about :( Worried Future Jamaican wife

No need to include any documents for his kids unless he is planning to bring them with him or have them follow within a year.

LOT easier to to that than doing separate 1-130s later.

LOT faster also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
