I second, third, fourth, and many times over echo the sentiments of everyone else. I've always thought you two got screwed over on this. You are ALWAYS welcome to share here in the Canadian Forum...whatever you feel like and whenever you feel like it. We are all here to hold each other up...god knows I've done my share of leaning and we didn't have anything go wrong with our case. Still, that's what us Canucks is for (even though I am an honourary one at that)...supporting our fellow Canucks! :thumbs:

I know that your posts have provided me with a lot of good information, regardless of where it's posted - it's always relevant to the topic!!! My heart breaks for the 2 of you, but all this BS will end and you 2 will be together, I just know it. AND, thank you for taking the time in PM's to provide me w/ insights into this whole disasterous process.

11/13/07 Visa Received ~*happy dance*~

12/28/2007 Trev's moving HOME !!!!!!!

Mary loses her job and doesn't want to lie to her gov't so we wait as long as we can and then..................

4/6/2008 Trev returns to Canada

8/30/2008 Trev is denied entry at the border

............to be continued once we file again.

As you can see .. you're well loved in this forum. You are well known here and that is because your thoughts are welcomed and appreciated ... and the only way that we have come to know you and appreciate you is by your posts. You've had a God aweful rough journey and more often than not you have posted wonderful, sincere and personal messages to most of us here which is sincerely heart felt ... so stop being apologetic for whateveritmaybe ... your human, and a wonderful one at that :)

07/26/07 - received Visa from Montreal (should have received 07/24)

07/26/07 - POE Buffalo, NY (Peace Bridge) .. No EAD stamp

07/27/07 - Beautiful marriage .. now you may call me Mrs. :)

07/28/07 - Filed AOS,EAD, and AP for me and AOS and AP for my son via UPS .. received 08/01

08/16/07 - applied for ssn

09/03/07 - received ssn card

11/07/07 - AP approved and received 11/12/07 :)

11/19/07- EAD approved online and received same day (actual approval 11/07/07) :)

12/27/07 - AOS transferred to CSC

02/26/08 - 485's approved without interview

01/14/09 - Sent I-751 - removal of conditions

02/23/10 - Biometrics

03/17/10 - Removal of conditions approved .. card production ordered

I have a problem when reading others posts, when I try to add a decent reply it turns out to be about Sharon and myself especially if I see Sharon's and or my name or reference to us there or something just clicks a reaction and I am no longer comfortable with that because it takes away from the original posters intent to share their reviews, passions and frustrations. I would like to make pertinent comments to others posts but right now that does not seem to be the case or in my case not possible because I am presently to involved in Sharon' and my little corner of the universe.

To everyone that I managed to dull or take away from their joy with my posts within theirs I am sorry and apologize it was not my intent to do so. In time I will return to my senses and be more mindful of others and their emotional voyage through this same process.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I don't think any of us would act any differently if we were in your situation. Our hearts go out to you. Good luck and stay positive, you are in our prayers.

01-16-2008 - Received NOA for Biometrics appointment

01-30-2008 - Biometrics appointment

02-15-2008 - Received NOA Request for applicant to appear for initial interview Form I-485, Notice Date - Feb.8,2008

03-04-2008 - Received EAD for both myself and my son.........:)

03-04-2008 - Received AP for both myself and my son.......:)

05-07-2008 - Interview for I-485

05-07-2008 - Request for additional medical for myself. I was pregnant for the first medical and couldn't get xrays for the TB test. I also needed mumps measles and rubella shot at the time and couldn't get until after the pregnancy.

05-23-2008 - Medical approved and sent to USCIS.

06-03-2008 - I-797 Notice of Action . Welcome notice. Application for permanent residence approved...:)!!

06-06-2008 - Greencards received....YEAH!! Happy Dance!!

Thank you everyone for the love and support, which is truly appreciated and heart tugging.

My problem was a personal one of adding negative remarks in the same post that I congratulated someone on moving forward by either getting their visa or getting their interview date. No-one has ever said anything negative to me not one thing that would have brought on my reason for appologizing. I have no intention of not posting just the intention of posting properly in the proper place.

09/20/2006 - Sent I-129F

09/22/2006 - Received at NSC
09/28/2006 - NOA-1 (1-797C date )

10/02/2006 - Cheque cashed

10/02/2006 - NOA 1 (I-797C recieved in the mail)

12/08/2006 - NOA-2 in 79 days

12/13/2006 - NOA-2 hard copy recieved

12/26/2006 - Package recieved by NVC

12/30/2006 - Received by Montreal

01/22/2007 - Received Packet 3

04/16/2007 - Returned Packet 3

08/02/2007 - Received medical documentation

08/07/2007 - Received Interview date Aug. 9th

08/09/2007 - Received I-601 and 212 (not approved yet)

02/17/2008 - I-601 approved 212 abandoned

06/2?/2009 - New medical and passport and doc sent to Mtl

07/22/2009 - Recieved request for DS-221 and notarized letter of intent

07/31/2009 - Montreal recieves thier final requested doc.

09/01/2009 - Visa approved and mail out today

2007-12-19 - INTERVIEW AT MTL, SPLIT DECISION.

2007-12-24-Mom's I-551 arrives, Pop's still in purgatory (AP)

2008-03-11-AP all done, Pop is approved!!!!
