Hello People, I hope you all are having a great day :)

I just have a quick question about vaccinations...

So..I have my little yellow immunization record card type thingy and it has everything, Pertussis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, etc...I'm 26.

My hep B shots and the other ones required, I got those in high school and they were never written down on that little yellow card..do you think my doctor would have that information? I don't see how or why he would as I got them done at school when they did everyone.

Unless my doctor has it in his records..I guess I should just call him and find out..LOL

If he doesn't..what do I do then?

The time I need my vaccine info is welllll in the future (as we haven't filed yet! LOL) but I want to get everything organized now so I know exactly what I have to get when the time comes.

Thanks again

~Laura

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong- I don't think you need Hepatitis. I didn't.

It was MMR Measles Mumps Rubella

Tetanus/Dipthyria (a booster shot is needed every 10 years if you are over due get one done)

And the Doctor when you go to your Physical will accept oral testimony if you had chicken pox. (varicella)

any shots you get at school are never written down in the yellow book. There is a little piece of paper the school gives you. Luckily my mum kept them all.

However, the doctor didn't look at any of them so don't worry about it!

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard
