i submited my vaccination supplement in the sealed envelope with the rest of the documents for AOS, now i read that some people at the time of interview are requested for a copy or showed a copy of this, i didnt get a copy, the doctor´s office only gave me the sealed envelope.....

should i go back and request a copy of the supplement now or am i fine telling them the supplement was submited with the AOS application???

You shouldn't. The civil surgeon we went to made us a copy for reference.

It should be either/or. Either send it in OR take it to the interview. Should be...

You should be fine since you mailed it in, but then, we are talking about the USCIS here....

Personally, I think I would try to get a copy from the doctor's office where you had it filled out originally. But that's just MY opnion, since I always like to be on the VERY safe side
