You can actively look for work, however you cannot take a job without havening EAD, that is either the 90 day temp one issued at some POE's, (Ask the officer if they can stamp your I-94 card with one) or an EAD card or Green-Card.

The employer risks penalties if they get audited and have no I-9 record showing that they have confirmed that you have work authorization (Temp EAD, EAD-Card, Green-Card or I-551 stamp in passport.).

hello thanks for ur advice. i am asking again about EAD is it 90 days to wait before i get a job? what if i want to apply a job withoud getting to approved my EAD is possible for me to get a job while waiting for my EAD approval?

Takes about 90 days to get EAD, after you apply for it with AOS.

You cannot legally work without it.

Sure, as long as "getting a job" doesn't mean "actually working". You can look and even accept a job but you cannot begin working until you have EAD. Most employers want you to wait until you have an SSN too but since that usually only takes a couple weeks, some are willing to wait on that.
