Double check the contents of your packet against the list in the K-1 guide:

And dont be surprised to see CSC case number and letters from California, you need to send to Texas, but the case will be processed by California.

Petitions are no longer to be sent to Texas, since 30 July when the new fees went into effect. You now send directly to either Vermont or California. See the following chart to determine where your petition should be sent:

My only other advice would be to prepare yourself mentally for a very long wait. Its a tough process, with all the waiting.

i`ll send the form I-129F today to TEXA center ,,

so any advice ? and what will happend later ?

Check, check and re-check! Make sure you have original signatures on each of the forms submitted. You may also want another set of eyes to look it over for you. They may catch something you missed. Also, don't forget to send your payment and in the correct amount.

01/22/08 - Received NOA2 via Snail Mail

03/03/08 - Interview and Visa Received

03/09/08 - Enter U.S. @ JFK POE

03/15/08 - Married

05/08/08 - Sent AOS Package to Chicago

05/15/08 - AOS NOA1 Receipt Notice Date

05/15/08 - EAD NOA1 Receipt Notice Date

Thx for all who replay me ,, osme are make me feel OPTIMISTIC , and some make me feel PESSIMISTIC LOL

But thx any way ,,

My wife call the Immigration Office befor we send it and she make sure we do every singel word they said ,, do you think that`s help ?? :unsure:

and we make sure we don`t miss any point and the monye and every thing ,, WE HOPE , lol

so my question now ,, they said bettwen 6-7 months , is that the LONG you ment or you mean LONGER :( ?!!

and the lat question ,, they said on that link

that the Forms arrived at TEXAS untill 19 Sep , so if it go to California Service Center and Vermont Service Center is that`s mean we control by they time or still with TEXAS time ?

So GUYS , do you think that will be easy or els , LOL ?
