ilovenalini4eva,

i don't think that should be a problem - just 7 months its hardly anything.. esp to the US consular who is sitting in on the interview - i think he would not even notice it... However there is another Visa officer along with the US consular - i guess mostly an Indian origin person so i have heard. Now this person is around to kind of assist the visa consular in his/her decision of genuity of ur relationship given his/her added advantage of knowing the indian culture and all.. But i really think u have no such problem to convince the visa officers that the relationship is genuine.. its just 7months.. someone is got to be younger of the 2 :))

Just as a extra precaution keep ur evidence of relationship documents in order and take lots of those to the interview.. That should speak volumes for u'll

All the best

Yeah, 7 months is not much of the age difference, so you should not have any problems at the Bombay consulates.... Just don't panic and be confident & prepared for the such questions at the interview.

Good Luck.

I don't think the age is matter because one of my friend's relative got successful interview even he was an year younger than her wife. So don';t worry. make sure you have all the document that require!! such as Picture(Must), Marriage cert, Police Clearance Cert, Passport Clearence Cert. and some other that proves that your relation ship with your wife.

Good Luck.
