How wonderful Rina! A November interview! Woohoo! Good luck and I can't wait to share my "Case Complete" happiness lol! Still though I am very happy for you and everyone else that got their case completed! Here's to many more "Case Completes"! :dance:

There were a lot of US that got RFE'd, we need to get more CASE COMPLETE!!!! :thumbs:NVC gave us a hard time...before it was the IV Bill and now the DS230.

What is your 2nd DS-230 RFE for, aside from the 3rd police certificate?

I have no RFE's yet.

First RFE is expected to be for marriage certificate for a terminated marriage and a 3rd-country (i.e. 2nd) police certificate. The 3rd-country police certificate is very problematic.

If I'm lucky I'll get no RFE (beneficiary is divorced and divorce certificate was submitted), but I'm not holding my breath!
