the original link worked. it took me to the site. but the link on the San Fran site didnt work to pull up the report of marriage and passport amendment pages. thats the link that didnt work. i also have IE and firefox.

the direct link did work for me so thank you.

I got a chance to visit Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C. on the way to our honeymoon i just wanted to amend my passport but they said I need to report my marriage too...it was easy i got my passport back the next day.
