Someone please help!!!

My wife and I have Been leagally married for three years, and have a three year old girl. It's been a pain in the rear but i have been able to get all kinds of valid paper work. But I don't know what to do to get her leagal. We are not rich just working class. I have wasted hundreds of hard earnd dollars that we don't have but have gotten no where would some one mind talking to me?

What do you mean by getting her legal?

Is she in the country with out paper? Getting her legal will require her to leave the country, and then applying for a visa, and perhaps a waiver for the bar that will come up.
