Hi, all:

My 1-751 was received on Jan 11, 07 by NSC. Right now, it is showing Sept 15, process date in Dec 22, 06. Based on that, when do you think I should have my approval by? Anyone done that kind of calculation before Thanks a bunch....

Thanks...However, as I mentioned. That timeline is Sept 15, process date is dec 22nd, 06. I was wondering what everyone thinks my approval date would be.

Take a look at the Immigration Timelines at the top of the page, there are stats for lifting conditions. Good luck

Apparently the OP is not one of the contributers to the timelines I-751 filers tend to not keep their timelines updated.

The more that do timelines the more accurate they get for getting a good idea of "HOW LONG"

Yep I used the stats in the timeline for K-1 visa (China) and using them got a good guesstimate on interview date, pegged it within a few days. Used the timelines to estimate our AOS, this time stats were not as detailed as K-1 but got a guesstimate within a few weeks.

The timelines are a vital part of VJ, I wished people would just take the time to keep them updated, everyon in this community would do timelines, and change their profiles to match current immigrations status every one would benifit, and have better info when trying to answer a post.

We did K-1, but we changed our profile to (AOS) Pending, and then AOS (Approved) when those things happened, so anyone looking an my posts know exactly what out immigrations status.

Other things that get me are profiles with no country listed, I am failure with the various consulates from reading, and can answer questions based on country, but a profile lacking this leaves me wondering.

There has been a rash of posts lately that have lacked profile and timeline details.

OK I am done venting.
