You need NOA2 letter later for Adjustment of Status from the K-1 visa. Work on getting it now, or USCIS may ask you to file an I-824 to request a replacement later and charge a fee.

If I haven't gotten it from them shouldn't they be OBLIGATED to replace it? I mean the I-824 fee is a LOT.

Correct, that is why you need to find out what happened to the document, you may have to do an Info-Pass appointment at your local CIS Field office.

Send an email with your case details and tell them you haven't received your NOA2 hard copy to CSC.NoNotice@DHS.Gov . It worked for us.

You will need it for AOS and even though you didn't receive it you most likely will have to pay to have it replaced. You might send an inquiry to your elected representative, maybe there is something they can do, I know the replacement cost is rather high.
