The automated system says it received my "checklist letter" on 10/1...

Is this what it says when they start reviewing the DS-230?

Hi,

That is what the message says when they have received your RFE (checklist) information that you sent to them.

I don't think it means any more than that - but it's good to know they have it! If the checklist was for your DS-230 then one would think they will now be reviewing it again.

Yes. This is what they told us and in 2 days they told us that the case was complete. :thumbs:

well I hope so....

My RFE checklist reached there yesterday (10/1) afternoon around 3:15pm so I was doubting that this was it.

My ds-230, however, was delivered on 9/27 11am.

How long does it take for them to process these I864 RFEs?
