4/16/08 SVG - DFW (US Entry)

5/31/08 - Wedding

AOS, EAD & AP:

6/16/08 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP paperwork

6/24/08 - NOA 1 (AOS, AP)

7/18/08 - Biometrics Taken

7/18/08 - Case Transferred to CSC (AOS)

7/29/08 - Resubmitted EAD (They LOST the application!!!) #######?

8/18/08 - EAD Touch

8/18/08 - AOS APPROVAL

8/19/08 - NOA 1 (EAD)

Congrats to all the recent October approvees!! I know the rest of us will be soon! I declare this week official October filers approval week.

And Tars, Estadia and L&P, I'm sure those touches mean they are working on your files and will approve them any day now. Heck, they might even be already approved, lots of people have found that the online system never gets updated. Just keep you eye on your mailbox at home this week...

They have touched us 3 times this week and I hope to get NOA2 before March 15.... :wacko::innocent:
