Maybe CSC is not done yet...

There seems to be a big mailing every week night at around 8:45-9pm PST.

I am pretty sure at least one autonomic muscle quit and I know I fell off my chair.. then again, maybe it was the screwdrivers you concocted yesterday, from project X and Y (for those of us driven to check all the time)

Maybe we need a new drink name.... Any Ideas?

wall i called and they say my case is under review whatever that means i ask if its with a case officer and the lady say yes and that it take 30 to 60 days so i really dont know what that means.

if i don't hear anything by mone i gauss i need to call my senator's office.

Well, your Representative's office would be the office you'd want to call, not your Senator. But your Representative or Senator is not going to take any action until after the case processing date has passed. Currently the case processing date for your service center is August 19.

If she said your case is with an officer, then you're close. Hang in there. :)

Well she never said it with a officer i asker that but all she would say it under reaview i got the impression that it was with a officer but that was never said she i would know something between 30 and 60 days :wacko: and the time line so not to be even clouse on this site otherwise i would have been approved 30 days ago

We made it! I am in shock still.... we got a notice at 0230 central standard time.

I can only wish that the rest of us, before October especially, that have waited so long and those left in October.... get a speedy approval too.

Now for the next four or five month wait :whistle:

We just received our NOA2 from CSC (2/27/2008). I hope this is a strong indicator that they have finally gotten around to us October filers!

CSC received our I-129F on October 17, 2007. Our case was touched for the first time today (2/26/2008). Keeping fingers crossed...

Congratulations, edsiri and stardust 72 and everyone else who received approvals.
