Hello my fellow California Service Center filers...CSC has approved a couple of August filers in the last day or two...looks like they've finally moved past the July avalanche of filers (although quite a few of them are still waiting too). Our time may be finally coming! :thumbs:

May 6, 2008 - Arrived in the US

May 23, 2008 - Married!

That's what I keep telling myself and my SO. I know there are others before us that have been waiting much longer than us, but it's hard to sit and watch people move on while you have to sit still. . . here come the violins. . . haha

I see that the USCIS has finally updated their processing times to Jan. 15. It only took them 10 days to figure out which group of forms they are currently processing. :o

Sept. 28, 2007---- Sent I-129F

Oct. 04, 2007----- Rec'd at CSC

Oct. 10, 2007----- NOA1 issued

as of Feb 21 2008---- No touches, not nothing :{

Feb 22, 2008------ Touched

Feb 24, 2008------ Touched

Feb 25, 2008------ Touched, request for add'l info

Mar 6, 2008------- Overnighted RFE info back to CSC

Mar 7, 2008------- CSC signed for RFE packet at 2:10 p.m.

Mar 25, 2008----- Touched, case processing resumed

Mar 26, 2008----- Touched, 8:30 am

Apr 3, 2008-------- Touched

Apr 4, 2008--------Touched

Apr 7, 2008--------Touched, 7:30 am

Apr 8, 2008--------NOA2, approval

Apr 12, 2008------NOA2 hardcopy received in the mail

Apr 16, 2008------NVC received case

Apr 18, 2008------NVC sent case to Moscow

Jun 30, 2008-----Natalya glides thru the interview.

I hope things start to move soon.......I think they will. I was originally hoping that us October filers would receive our NOA2's by the end of February. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Good Luck to all!

Jeff USC, your post really brought me some good feeling! I was guessing we probably get the NOA2 in march or april, now I feel a lot better to hear u guessed it would be before end of Feb!

Our fingers crossed too - for the same thing!

I got my NOA1 on October 10th 2007 for my I-129F. Got a "touch" today and the "date last updated" got changed to 01/28/08. I hope someone is looking at the petition now :P

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)
