Where do Oklahoma people file for AOS?

I know that people used to go through DORA in OKC, Texas & New Mexico, but where do people from Oklahoma file for AOS now? Is DORA still going on in Oklahoma?

My fiance is entering November 24th, we are getting married December 15th and then we are filing for PR on January 15th. Since he has not been here with me and we are only going to be married for a month, when we apply for PR, then it makes it a little difficult to have anything more than bank statements, utility bills, life insurance policies, etc. for proof of our combined lives. I mean I own my house and two vehicles. We are not going to (a) have time to change these things and (B) financially don't wish to......

Any other suggestions of proof of our lives together to submit with our AOS papers (of course we will have wedding photos, old photos, wedding certificate, etc...)

Also, when we apply for AOS and pay the monstrous fee of $1,010... doesn't that automatically cover our EAD & other stuff also.

Can someone send me a "breakdown" from date of applying to actual receipt of greencard in mail of what to expect....For instance:

1) apply

2) received NOA1....

If you live in the jurisdiction of Oklahoma City, you file your AOS petition at that office, if you are not in the jurisdiction of OKC you file the petition through the Chicago PO BOX.

I don't know why you want to wait a month after getting married to file for AOS -- you can find the next day if you want to. I wouldn't wait at all, just get the marriage certificate ASAP and file.

You don't need proof of your life together at the time of filing -- you just need the affidavit of support with accompanying documentation. Photos (recent or old) are not required at the time of filing either (other than the applicant's passport pictures for the G-325A). You just need the marriage certificate (and a photocopy will do at the time of filing).

Yes, the $1010 fee covers the EAD (I-765) and AP (I-131) fees if you file them at the same time as AOS (just throw them all in the same package).

DORA program was available until sep 27 of this year. It was in Oklahoma City, but now honestly, I think you have to keep an eye on USCIS, but now going through DORA was an option, we can also send to Chicago.
