Updating Embassy info problem

We made it through the BKK interview, and to the US (all went very well), but when I try to update the Embassy and POE info page it keeps telling me I have to register first. (I am logged in...what am I doing wrong?)

PS:

We had the asian (japanese?) CO. His main question to my fiancee was...How do you communicate with your fiance? When she answered in english (although very nervous), that was apparently sufficient. He told us to come back the next week to pick up the visas. The whole process took one less than one hour. The Thai staff was friendly, apparently because I was there. They were not so nice to the Thai applicants that were alone. (September 7)

The POE was interesting (Los Angeles). The officer was very friendly, but had never done a K-1 and K-2 before, so the whole process almost took one hour, since he had to ask the other officers for help several times. Other than that, it was easy. (September 16)
