Situation: I am a US Citizen who have filed for PR for my parents who live in India now. I have asked to adjust the status in Chennai, India.

I have file for I-130 4 months ago. Last month, I got the notification to send $70 for I-864 pre-processing fee.

I just mailed the fee for $70 for I-864 pre-processing. It appears they will send me the I-864.

They have also sent me DS-3032 form (agent/address nomination form). What should I put in there, if my parents adjust the status in India. Should I put my USA address or the Indian address and nominate no agent or nominate myself and have my mother sign the document and send it back to me.

Also, what will happen next? After I have sent the I-864 processing fee and DS-3032? When will I get the DS-230? I am so condused as to what is going on. Also, does nay one know how long would it take for my parents to get the visa interview in Chennai?

Thanks

Pleas help

Mike

Can any one tip me, how to expedite the process? Is I-864 package going to be sent from NVC?

BTW, am I doing anything wrong here?

Thx
