Hi, We have our AOS interview next week and I'm a bit confused as to what's needed.

In the appointment letter it asks for medical exam and affidavits noting UNLESS ALREADY SUBMITED, so I asume they don't need either from me since we submitted both with the AOS application.

But browsing in the forums, there's some people who brought new affidavits, tax returns and employment letters to their interviews, at least that's what I understand. I have photocopies of our AOS file with the affidavits included, but doesn't the officer have the original file anyways? Or do they need a new one?

If anyone could clarify, it'd give me peace of mind. If we need to do one more Affidavit of support (and bug my mother in law about it again), i'm moving back to Europe, I swear.

Thanx for any help.

"Unless Already Submitted" Explains it all.

If you have copies of what you submitted bring them. It is recommended to have a copy ov everything that you submit, and bring them to the interview incase the intervireing Officer asks to see something that may have been misplaced at USCIS.

If you had a vaccination supplement done and sent it, if you have a copy of the supplement bring it.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Thanx, everyone. I'll bring my copy of the whole AOS file, just in case.

It's just if I have to ask my hubby to get another letter from his employer, taxes, etc and have his mum do this again (it'd be her 3rd affidavit), I think he'd divorce me! ha ha!
