there its the history...

Im married with a USC we have 2 years married or so, we fill I-130 and our case now its pending... after 40 days or so...

now... like 5 days before we get the receipt number saying we are pending... immigration took me, for no driver license and they make me sign for volunteer to go mexico.... they say we dont have another choice, so im here in mexico...

then... i was thinking to fill I-129f and go with the K3 visa, but i know, when you leave the country you got 10 year bar... so now i know aobut the waiver pilot program, and the consulate process in Cd Juarez...

the question is...

1.- Can we go and do the application in Cd Juarez, the I-129f and do at the same time the Waiver Pilot program... or we have to do the 129f by mail, and when its approved, we do the waiver... or its another way to do that...

When i talk to the lawyers, they say, because immigration took me, i cant do nothing because im deported, but im not, because i read everything, and i sign for volunteer going back to mexico...

when, they start doing all the paperwork for me... they dont even ask me nothing about me... just pictures, fingerprints, and sign here... this is why... my wife shes in the army... shes going to be deploy to Irak around march to june and we was talking with the immigration lawyers right there by the office, so they dont ask to many things...

here its my other question...

2.- If shes going to be deployed to Irak, can be some other way to speed up the process for k3 or I-130 before she left to overseas...

all the comments would be appreciate...
