But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

The bad part about the job was taking "death calls" when someone had passed and they were calling to make arrangements (and having to call the guys at the FH to go pick up the bodies - who were often asleep through the night and grumpy as all get out when you woke them up).

OMG, Derek was one of those guys for awhile! His uncle owned a funeral home and Derek worked for him for a bit. He got called in the middle of the night so often, that to this day he still gets up at 4am for no reason.

Back in my horseback riding days, I could crack a walnut between my thighs.

Ah, my grandfather (dad) was stationed in France during WWI and was also gassed...received a purple heart. He lived on to the age of 72 (I think), smoked all his life and had emphasyma from the gas. I never got the chance to meet him.

We are related to an Italian Opera singer...Sergio Franchi.

On one side of my family, which have been here since possibly around the Mayflower time, they had guns and other collectibles from the civil war passed down from their family that fought in it, and then during a family feud in the 40's or 50's they were sold off behind relative's backs for quick money. Grr!

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)
