my family has a long history in USA wars..and have had consequences....

my grandfather fresh from lithuania..fought in WWI..he was a sniper..got shot ,,and mustard gassed..died at age 58..had breathing problems all his life,...

my father..wounded at okinawa by a japanesee plane....almost died...had numerous stiches in his chest and stomach area..my uncle jack..killed on a destroyer sunk off the coast of australia by a submarine

my brother Johnny, a marine...wounded in his 2nd tour of Nam

me..i was a Scout in the Army and had orders 3 times for Nam..but never was sent..

son, now in the Army..has less than 1 year on a 5 year enlistment..has been to iraq..and is probably there now..is in miltary intelligence and i last spoke to him in May..was going in the field..told me he call me in Ocotber or November ..when he returned...

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

man I love this topic..

I once worked for a call center for Funeral Homes..

It was for US funeral homes and we were in Canada.. we were "trained" how to "act American" and to say zee instead of "zed"..

We "pretended" we were in the funeral home when we really were in Saint John, NB, and were barely ever "caught" - except this one time when someone was giving directions to the funeral home and the person wanted to know what color the building was across the street.. They didn't have the information avaliable to them (no google earth then), and they stammered and made up something about being blind  Hee hee..

The bad part about the job was taking "death calls" when someone had passed and they were calling to make arrangements (and having to call the guys at the FH to go pick up the bodies - who were often asleep through the night and grumpy as all get out when you woke them up).

AOS:

2007-02-22: Sent AOS /EAD

2007-03-06 : NOA1 AOS /EAD

2007-03-28: Transferred to CSC

2007-05-17: EAD Card Production Ordered

2007-05-21: I485 Approved

2007-05-24: EAD Card Received

2007-06-01: Green Card Received!!

Removal of Conditions:

2009-02-27: Sent I-751

2009-03-07: NOA I-751

2009-03-31: Biometrics Appt. Hartford

2009-07-21: Touched (first time since biometrics) Perhaps address change?

2009-07-28: Approved at VSC

2009-08-25: Received card in the mail

Naturalization

2012-08-20: Submitted N-400

2013-01-18: Became Citizen
