WE DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT TO DO KNOW... WE GOT A BAD NEWS RIGHT NOW...MY DAD'S FIANCE IS NOT GOING TO CO-SPONSOR US BECAUSE SOMEBODY IS TRYING TO STOP HIM TO DO IT.

MY FIANCE STOP WORKING JULY OF THIS YEAR AND HE ALSO EARNED HIS DEGREE. RIGHT NOW HE DOESN'T HAVE A JOB AND WE ALREADY HAVE OUR SCHEDULE FOR MEDICAL AND INTERVIEW.

WHAT ARE THE BEST THING THAT WE NEED TO DO?DO WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE IT?OR JUST GO TO THE INTERVIEW??? WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES AND ASSURANCE WE CAN GET IF WE GO OR RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT?

The petitioner must show financial responsibility for the beneficiary otherwise the petition will most likely be denied. Does your fiance have any assets he can use? I hope you are able to work through this

your dads fiancee is a man ? confusing? who can stop them its their (whoever they are) decision to co- sponser

Ok I get it you mean your fiancees dad, but the question is the same who can stop him from co- sponsoring ? fiancees mother ( and dads wife ) ?

Actually, it was my fiance's step mother who stopped my fiance's Dad to co-sponsor us
