Hi there!!!

I entered de US with a visa waiver, got married meanwhile and filed for AOS.

My I-485 receipt notice is dated on July 16, 2007. And my visa waiver’s 90 days finished on July 24, 2007.

Now I have received my Advance Parole with date September 14, 2007. In the Advance Parole it is generally stated that “aliens who depart the US after being unlawfully present in the US for certain periods may become subject to new or additional grounds of inadmissibility because their travel abroad.”

My question now is, am I considered as having accrued unlawful presence since my visa waiver ended on 07/24/07? USCIS received my entire AOS package before that date.

I am planning to travel to my country in a week, and I am preoccupied.

Another question is what I should do with my I-94; it is normally taken at the airport at the moment you leave. I have my interview for Green Card on November 29, 2007, and I think I need to show the I-94 for the interview.

Thank you in advance for your help.
