Can my spouse be denied visa due to disability?

I am very worried that my UK spouse might be denied his K3 visa due to him being disabled (disabled since birth, wheelchair user). He is totally independent, has had the same job for 9 years, and owns his own home. But I think I am just paranoid that the embassy will look at him as possibly a public charge since he is disabled. Could they do that?

Thanks

As long as you qualify to support him financially there shouldn't be any problems.

Proving a bonafide marriage is a different story!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Being wheelchair bound is not a reason in and of itself to deny a visa.

You'll have to overcome any concerns about both public charge and bona fide relationship. They are going to consider the totality of the circumstances in making their decision.
